What You'll Do
Identify and develop opportunities for account expansion, engaging new decision-makers, and driving strategic growth.
Leverage existing client relationships to introduce goFLUENT solutions to global learning and HR leaders.
Drive top-line revenue growth through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling within your assigned account portfolio.
Collaborate closely with Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to build long-term client partnerships.
Build strong business cases and demonstrate ROI for goFLUENT's learning solutions.
Represent goFLUENT at industry exhibitions and events.
Travel as needed to client sites to support key sales initiatives.
What You'll Need to Succeed
2–5 years of B2B sales experience; SaaS or international sales experience is a strong plus.
Proven ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, including senior management and C-suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish, with strong presentation and negotiation capabilities.
Highly motivated, self-starter, and collaborative team player.
Minimum B2 English level required.
Social media fluency in a business context (especially LinkedIn).
Experience in training, e-learning, or HR services is an advantage.
