The Extrusion Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing the daily operations of the extrusion department, ensuring the production of high -quality plastic components that meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards. This role involves supervising and motivating teams of operators, technicians, and supervisors while optimizing production processes to minimize waste and maximize throughput.Key responsibilities include planning and managing production schedules, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance of extrusion machinery, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal standards. The Extrusion Manager will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as efficiency, waste, and cycle times, developing action plans for continuous improvement.This position also requires close collaboration with logistics, purchasing, and quality control departments to ensure a smooth flow of raw materials and finished products. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with hands -on technical expertise, capable of driving operational excellence and contributing to the long -term growth and competitiveness of the organization. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.7+ years of professional experience in extrusion processes within the plastics industry.Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role managing teams and production lines.Expertise in polymers, extrusion parameters, resins, and additives.Experience with single -layer and multilayer extrusion machinery.Familiarity with ERP systems and data -driven production reporting.Knowledge of quality and safety regulations in manufacturing environments.Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
