En Bioelements, empresa de soluciones de packaging biodegradable. Buscamos un/a Supply Manager que combine visión estratégica con ejecución operativa diaria, capaz de liderar una operación dinámica, exigente y en constante evolución.
Este rol requiere alto involucramiento en la operación, toma de decisiones diaria y capacidad para ordenar procesos mientras el negocio sigue avanzando.
¿Cuál será tu misión?
Liderar la planificación, abastecimiento, producción, control de calidad y despachos de materias primas y productos terminados en México, coordinando múltiples proveedores, fábricas y clientes, utilizando Odoo como sistema central de gestión.
El rol combina planificación estratégica con ejecución operativa directa, bajando la planificación a la realidad diaria de fábricas, bodegas, transportistas y clientes.
Principales responsabilidades
• Planificar y controlar la producción, abastecimiento y despachos locales e importados, coordinando con equipos internos y proveedores.
• Gestionar compras en Odoo: definición de cantidades y tiempos, emisión y análisis de cotizaciones, selección de proveedores y emisión de órdenes de compra.
• Coordinar fechas, zonas de entrega y servicios de transporte para materias primas y productos terminados.
• Realizar seguimiento semanal de producción en múltiples fábricas y asegurar la correcta recepción de productos en bodega.
• Controlar y dar seguimiento activo a despachos, resolviendo incidencias operativas y asegurando cumplimiento de fechas comprometidas.
• Verificar especificaciones técnicas, artes y etiquetado, y supervisar procesos de muestreo y control de calidad en bodega.
• Liderar la planificación y control de despachos para cliente clave de alto volumen (retail), incluyendo reuniones semanales de coordinación.
• Gestionar solicitudes de cita, contrataciones de despacho, acuses de recibo y eventuales ventas de materias primas.
• Asegurar que todos los procesos operativos se gestionen y registren en Odoo, manteniendo trazabilidad y control.
Conocimientos técnicos
• Packaging flexible.
• Procesos de extrusión de hasta 3 capas.
• Gestión de proveedores industriales, producción y logística.
• Manejo de ERP de nivel world class (Odoo u otro similar).
Requisitos
• Formación en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería en Logística, Negocios Internacionales (con experiencia industrial) o carrera afín.
• 8 a 10 años de experiencia en supply chain, operaciones o abastecimiento.
• Experiencia en empresas de packaging flexible (altamente deseable).
• Experiencia coordinando múltiples proveedores y plantas productivas.
• Comodidad trabajando en entornos de crecimiento acelerado, con procesos en evolución y alto nivel de autonomía.
