OPTIMO SPIRITS has an immediate opportunity for a Business and Operation Specialist to support our Team as a key player between the Sales ExecutiveTeam and our Partners, handling all the negotiation and import aspects through our network of suppliers based internationally.

Responsibilities

Review pricing analysis and organize tender offers with our different partners.

Manage the activities on daily basis and liaise with our team of experts internally, forwarders to follow-up and coordinate QC.

Complete export shipment process, including but not limited to drayage arrangement, which requires coordination with internal departments and external vendors (booking, document preparation, tracking and tracing).

Responsible for planning, budgeting, and maintaining costs for a broad functional area.

Interact regularly with the sales team, logistic agents and providers.

Drive supply chain management strategies to deliver customer requirements and maintain Flex's financial competitiveness.

Compile shipment documents (CI, PL, etc from ERP and Ocean BL).

Work with Customer Service, Suppliers, Logistics, Shipping, Production to keep up with load schedule changes (Rolled bookings).

Report and Prepare (and present as needed) senior mgmt level types of communication.

On a monthly basis the coordinator may have to maintain key performance indicators that will track the carrier's performance and internal order accuracy.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree - preferred

Minimum of five (3) years related experience, preferably in supply chain, order management, export experience with freight forwarder or large manufacturer, preferred.

Understanding of incoterms and who is responsible for paying freight, preferred

Computer skills : MS Office package required (proficiency in .xls).

Advanced English language skills, both written and spoken.

Great communication skills, very organized, prioritize your activities based on their importance / impact, being able to develop and maintain a great relationship with our partners, internal and external function departments.
