OVERVIEW We are searching for a Solution Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a fully remote position, and the successful individual could be based anywhere in the world. You will work with an amazing team, building relationships and ensuring the products and services offered by are utilized by clients throughout Canada and the US.
The Solution Engineer provides technical confidence and expertise across the entire customer journey, supporting both pre-sales and post-sales execution. This role is critical to supporting up-market and complex deal cycles, reducing technical churn risk, improving customer adoption and sentiment, and creating a tight feedback loop with Product
You will act as the technical bridge between customers, Sales, Customer Success, and Product Development, ensuring AI capabilities translate into measurable business outcomes. In collaboration with the Customer Success Department, the Solutions Engineer is responsible for the success of
RESPONSIBILITIES Pre-Sales Support
• Partner with Sales on technical discovery and solution design
• Lead or support product demos for complex or up-market deals
• Translate customer requirements into scalable technical solutions
• De-risk deals by addressing technical concerns early in the cycle Post-Sales & Customer Success Support
• Support CS and Implementation during onboarding and launch
• Troubleshoot technical issues impacting adoption or outcomes
• Ensure customers maximize value from AI agents and automation
• Support renewals and expansions through technical validation Product & Feedback Loop
• Act as a liaison between customers and Product
• Surface product gaps, edge cases, and enhancement opportunities
• Provide structured feedback informed by real-world usage
• Support faster iteration through clear problem framing
• Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
• 3–6 years of experience as a Solution Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Technical Consultant
• Experience supporting SaaS products in a B2B environment
• A degree or diploma that contributes to the organization is considered an asset
• Strong understanding of implementation, onboarding, and adoption workflows
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, CS, and Product
• Prior exposure to AI-powered or automation platforms strongly preferred
• Self-motivated with the ability to establish and maintain solid relationships through a client-first mentality
• Must be technical, analytical, results-driven and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Organized, administratively strong, and have solid writing, phone, and general communication skills
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities to handle escalated issues and develop creative solutions for customers.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, empathetic guidance to customers and constructive feedback to team members.
• Deeply committed to customer satisfaction, capable of fostering a service-first culture within the team.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); knowledge of an additional language is an asset.
Required Capabilities AI & Automation Expertise
• Hands-on experience with AI and AI bots, including: Conversational AI or automation agents, Prompt design, flows, triggers, and integrations, and understanding AI limitations, hallucination risks, and mitigation strategies
• Ability to translate AI capabilities into business outcomes
• Comfort explaining AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Technical & Business Acumen
• Experience working with APIs, integrations, or workflow automation
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Customer-facing communication skills with executive presence
• Ability to operate across pre-sales and post-sales contexts WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Given the nature of this role, it is expected that the successful candidate will provide their own workstation, computer, headset, and have a fast and reliable internet connection. This position may be required to download and utilize company software.
• Due to the nature of this role, we may verify backgrounds, including conducting employment reference, criminal record and credit checks.
• Once hired, the successful candidate must provide a valid government-issued photo ID as part of their onboarding process.
• The individual must be prepared to work standard business hours based on Pacific time.
