Job Description
DESCRIPCIÓN GENERAL DEL PUESTO:
Planear, organizar, dirigir y controlar, de acuerdo con los procedimientos, normas y políticas establecidas los procesos de mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo, manejo de crisis, asegurando el cumplimiento de los KPI´s de tiempo, calidad y financieros de la organización.

Asimismo, se procura que todos los trabajos en sitios nuevos y existentes se ejecuten en condiciones óptimas de higiene y seguridad, conforme a las normas correspondientes y a la política de compras de ATC.

Responsibilities
DEBERES Y RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Gestionar, controlar y dirigir todos los procesos de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de los sitios del portafolio cumpliendo los estándares de tiempo, calidad, costos y seguridad establecidos por la organización.
  • Asegurar la atención de reportes de requerimientos de mantenimiento (Trouble Tickets), para la identificación y clasificación de eventos en sitios, así como la resolución de solicitudes de clientes y arrendadores.
  • Diseñar y Garantizar el cumplimiento del plan de mantenimiento preventivo, con base en las estadísticas, criterios y estrategias de optimización de tiempos y recursos. Con la finalidad de controlar los gastos de eventos correctivos.
  • Cumplir con el plan de atención a incidentes, enfocado en la gestión de eventos operativos de la infraestructura ATC. Comunicar proactivamente los eventos o posibles incidentes que puedan afectar las operaciones de ATC.
  • Procurar el cumplimiento del budget de ejecución asignado para mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, así como en el ejercicio de recursos financieros en tiempo y forma. Tener un registro estadístico para dimensionamientos futuros y toma de decisiones que estén alineadas a los requerimientos del negocio.
  • Monitorear los procesos del área identificando áreas de oportunidad para ofrecer valor agregado a clientes internos y externos en términos de tiempo, calidad, servicio y costos. Con una visión de adaptabilidad a las condiciones cambiantes del entorno y el ambiente del negocio.
  • Identificar oportunidades de innovación en procesos de mantenimiento y manejos de incidentes, cerrando el ciclo de calidad y optimización de recursos
  • Dirigir acciones para mantener a la organización como líder en el sector de infraestructura de telecomunicaciones en calidad, servicio, innovación y sustentabilidad.
  • Si es necesario, disponibilidad para viajar
  • Interactuar con propietarios, clientes y proveedores, asegurando la resolución oportuna de problemas y altos estándares de servicio. Gran parte del trabajo en campo se ejecuta a través de proveedores contratados; por lo tanto, este rol requiere una supervisión sólida de proveedores y responsabilidad para garantizar calidad, puntualidad y cumplimiento del alcance.

Qualifications
PERFIL DEL PUESTO:
Educación y Experiencia

  • Ingeniero Civil, Eléctrico, Industrial, o afín titulado con conocimientos en construcción y mantenimiento de sitios de telecomunicaciones.
  • Experiencia de al menos 5 años en administración de proyectos, gestión de personal y contratistas, control de presupuestos, precios unitarios, proyectos de ingeniería en niveles de jefatura y/o gerente
  • Inglés nivel avanzado y portugués nivel intermedio
  • Paquetes: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Auto CAD y Power BI.
