Provides support to different human resources areas to ensure proper execution/management of HR functions for the assigned plant.

Key Activities And Responsibilities

• Administer surveys to assess workplace climate, employee satisfaction with transportation and cafeteria, analyze information, and prepare a results report.
• Support the execution of strategies to improve the workplace climate at the plant.

• Participate in ensuring compliance with internal processes in accordance with applicable state and federal laws, primarily in:

• Employee benefits

• Subcontractors: cafeteria, transportation, and cleaning
• Treatment of others, etc.

• Payroll

• Support the payroll manager by randomly auditing employee files throughout the year to ensure they meet job requirements and evidence during ISO 9000, IATF, and other relevant audits.

• Participate in annual employee events (birthdays, monthly meetings, Christmas events, etc.) at the assigned plant.
• Follow up on labor activities in accordance with Mexican labor law (e.g., delivering contracts to employees).
• Support audits as needed, e.g., IATF, ISO 14000, etc.
• Manage the cafeteria.
• Provide administrative assistance to all the organization's managers as required.
• Stay in constant contact with operational staff to detect problems, questions, or complaints and resolve them promptly.
• Adhere to the environmental and climate change policies.
• Identify, control, and minimize significant environmental aspects relevant to the area of work.
• Carry out good environmental practices.
• Promote environmental culture.

Education/Experience/Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources management or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• 4 years of general experience in human resources.
• Ability to design strategies and possess leadership skills.
• Results-oriented.
• Service-oriented attitude.

Language Skills

• Fluent in English.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Mathematical Skills

• Ability to calculate figures and amounts, such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.
• Knowledge in budget calculation.

Reasoning Skills

• Ability to negotiate and establish win-win situations with employees, managers, and union leaders.
• Able to influence positive leadership within the organization.

Computer Skills

• Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, Internet, email.
