We're looking for a versatile designer to help shape how Slack shows up across web and beyond—someone who can make a landing page sing one day and a social campaign pop the next.

You'll spend most of your time on web projects and experiments, but you'll also flex into other creative work: campaign assets, product launch materials, and design system contributions. This role is for someone who loves variety, doesn't get rattled when priorities shift, and finds real satisfaction in both sweating the details and shipping the work.

What You'll Do

• Design for web projects and experiments, with a focus on user experience and conversion
• Support product launches by creating and executing design assets across channels
• Contribute to our design system—helping maintain consistency while pushing our visual language forward
• Create visuals for growth initiatives, including digital campaigns and social content
• Partner with cross-functional teams across web pods

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of design experience with a portfolio that shows range across web and general design
• Strong command of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Interest in UI/UX and how design drives conversion
• Comfort juggling multiple projects and collaborating across teams
• A sharp eye for detail and solid instincts for what works across digital formats

Nice to have

• Experience with A/B testing or experimentation frameworks
• Motion or animation skills
