About our client: A fast-growing health and wellness brand is seeking a Creative Strategist to lead the development of bold, performance-driven marketing concepts that inspire, engage, and convert. Built at the intersection of creativity and data, the company is redefining how modern wellness products are positioned, combining science-backed formulas with emotionally resonant storytelling.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute innovative, data-driven creative strategies for digital advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, Applovin)Develop compelling copy, including video scriptsWrite comprehensive briefs for internal and external graphic designers, video editors, animators, actors, and other creative professionalsDevelop and manage a network of external resources supporting creative deliveryAnalyze ad testing data and make strategic decisions to optimize performance and develop new anglesConduct analyses of competitors' ads to stay ahead in the marketConduct thorough research and analysis to identify market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapesManage a team of video editors, copywriters, and graphic designersCreate the processes and systems needed to stay organized and move projects along quickly

What You Need

Have at least 2 years of experience as a Performance Creative, Creative Strategist, Creative Producer, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar roleHave proven experience in working with e-commerce D2C in the beauty, wellness, and health sectorsHave experience in creating performance marketing campaigns in the USA marketBe 100% performance-oriented with a strong focus on achieving measurable resultsHave the ability to influence, tell a story, synthesize and convey key messages, and present them in a visually compelling wayPossess strong common sense and excellent English language skills

Salary & Perks

Competitive SalaryThis is a full-time, long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.Work from home.Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (+/- 1 hour accepted) - PST.Additional perks.
