Dominio del inglés (nivel C1).

2-3 años de experiencia como gerente de logística o en puestos operativos similares.

Experiencia en el uso de QuickBooks, GHL (CRM) o Stripe (requisito imprescindible).

Sólidas habilidades de gestión del tiempo y multitarea.

Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y atención al cliente.

Orientado a los detalles y coherente, capaz de seguir los procesos con precisión.

Responsabilidades:

Revisar y gestionar los pedidos diarios salientes cada mañana.

Supervisar y realizar un seguimiento de los pedidos a través de plataformas de proveedores como Lowe's y sistemas CRM internos (GHL).

Comunicarse con los proveedores para confirmar la disponibilidad de materiales, el estado de los pedidos y los plazos de entrega.

Proporcionar a los clientes los plazos de entrega, las actualizaciones de los pedidos y comunicar cualquier retraso.

Coordinar la logística de entrega, incluyendo la actualización de los clientes.

Gestionar los horarios del equipo interno de transporte para los clientes que contratan servicios de transporte.

Procesar las facturas y los pagos a través de Stripe u otros sistemas internos cuando lo solicite el equipo de ventas.

Garantizar la precisión de la documentación de los pedidos a través de QuickBooks y las herramientas CRM.

Apoyar el flujo logístico general en colaboración con los equipos de ventas, finanzas y dirección.
