Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Sales Representative located in Santiago. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing client relationships, identifying and securing new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. You will collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients, presenting proposals, and conducting product demonstrations as needed. Ensuring regular follow-ups with prospects and maintaining up-to-date records of customer interactions will also be important tasks.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and the ability to use data to drive sales and decision-making
  • Understanding of technology integration and business management systems, including accounting, CRM, and operations platforms
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is essential; additional language skills are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
