Practicante de Ciberseguridad

Objetivo del Puesto

  • Brindar apoyo al equipo de Ciberseguridad y SOC de Microplus en actividades operativas y de análisis básico, mientras el practicante desarrolla habilidades técnicas y profesionales en un entorno real de servicios gestionados de seguridad, contribuyendo desde el inicio con tareas concretas y medibles.

Principales Responsabilidades

  • Apoyar en la revisión inicial de alertas de seguridad, siguiendo checklists y flujos de trabajo definidos.
  • Colaborar en la documentación de incidentes, eventos relevantes y acciones de respuesta realizadas por el equipo.
  • Participar en tareas básicas de monitoreo de seguridad, como revisión de dashboards, reportes y logs.
  • Ejecutar actividades sencillas de endurecimiento (hardening) básico siguiendo guías y plantillas internas.
  • Apoyar en levantamientos de información para evaluaciones de seguridad.
  • Cumplir con las actividades, retos y entregables quincenales definidos en el programa de formación junior de Microplus.
  • Mantener bitácoras de aprendizaje y avances, que servirán para evaluaciones y retroalimentación continua.

Requisitos

Conceptos básicos de:

  • Ciberseguridad (confidencialidad, integridad, disponibilidad, tipos de amenazas).
  • Redes (TCP/IP, DNS, Firewalls, VPN, puertos, protocolos, etc.).
  • Sistemas operativos.
  • Noción general de qué es un SOC (Security Operations Center) y su función.

Conocimiento básico o interés en aprender sobre:

  • Monitoreo de eventos de seguridad (SIEM, logs, alertas).
  • Controles de seguridad perimetral y endpoint.

  • Alta motivación por aprender y desarrollarse en el mundo de la ciberseguridad.
