Your role at Clorox:

As a Jr. Accountant within the Strategic Initiatives Corporate Accounting Group supporting US activities, you will play a key role in supporting cross-functional partners performing monthly and quarterly close responsibilities in accordance with U.S. GAAP

In this role, you will:

  • Perform monthly and quarterly accounting close activities.
  • Perform Balance Sheet account reconciliations.
  • Support process improvement opportunities that improve the overall efficiency within your area.
  • Support special project work as required.
  • Support the US R2R team in process stabilization post ERP S4 implementation

What we look for:

Key Skills, Abilities, and Experience Required

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting
  • Good verbal and written English skills
  • Ability to prioritize and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in teams and with cross functional partners
  • Proficient in PC Applications (Microsoft Office preferred)
  • SAP/S4 Hanna knowledge preferred
  • 1-2 Years of experience in Accounting
