Join us to- #IgniteYourCareer- Your role at Clorox:We are looking for an accountant with experience in both internal and external auditing, knowledge in NIF, USGAAP and IFRS, who will provide the support documentation to internal and external auditors and bring support to the Controlling Department. This position will be responsible of supporting and attending all internal audits for the North Latam Region. Will also coordinate the progress and timely assurance of all areas related to external audits to successfully conclude with high standard results.- In this role, you will:- Coordinate external/Internal audits (4 countries in charge), challenge to execute 2 running at the same time.- Attends meetings with Process Owners to develop an understanding of business processes for the zone.- Researches and assess how well risk management processes are working.- Anticipates emerging issues through testing and quality assurance.- Prepares reports to highlight issues and problems.- Assess how well the business is complying to rules and regulations and informs management whether any issues need addressing.- Works closely with Corporate Financial Reporting Controls and Internal/ External Audit teams in order to communicate risks, control weaknesses and process improvement opportunities.- Coordinates and reviews local Policies and Procedures and ensure compliance with Corporate Governance Framework and all local regulations.- Coordinates timely resolution of internal control issues.- What we look for:- Career in finance or accounting.- 1.5 years of mínimal professional work experience in Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience.- Big 4 experience desirable (plus).- Local, SAP (preferred).- US GAAP/IFRS/ ERP proficiency experience desirable.- Consumer Packaged Goods experience desired.- SOX or internal audit solid experience Preferred.- English is a plus.- We seek out and celebrate diverse backgrounds and experiences, and we know you don’t need a degree to succeed.
