Description: Era Una Vez Animations is looking for a Business Development Sales Manager with proven experience in B2B sales of audiovisual content and/or publishing, to lead business development and close strategic deals for a growing animated IP. This is not a traditional sales role. It is consultative sales of intellectual property (IP). You will work directly with the creative and strategy teams to position Pepito: The Animated Miniseries in international markets. Responsibilities: Develop business opportunities for animated series and comics / publishing. Prospect, pitch, and negotiate with sales agents, distributors, platforms, broadcasters, publishers, and IP licensors. Present the project as a scalable IP with strong digital traction. Lead negotiations covering territories, windows, exclusivity, and IP rights. Build and manage an active B2B sales pipeline. Represent the project in meetings, pitches, and industry events. Gather market feedback and contribute to strategic and creative decision-making. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in B2B sales of: Audiovisual content (animation, series, TV, streaming), and/or Publishing, comics, or IP licensing. Proven track record of closed deals. Strong understanding of distribution models, licensing structures, and IP rights. Experience with LatAm, U.S., and/or European markets. Excellent communication, pitching, and negotiation skills. Fluent or advanced English (required). Availability to work on-site in Monterrey, Nuevo León. Salary Range: MXN $20,000 – $50,000 per month. Uncapped performance-based commissions.
