The Cloud Infrastructure Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining KEO's technology infrastructure following principles of security, scalability, automation, and compliance.

They ensure continuous operation of services in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and other associated environments (Azure and on-prem), guaranteeing availability, efficiency, and governance of the resources supporting the company's products and services.

Additionally, the team works closely with Data, Development, and Security areas to align DevOps, IaC, and Observability practices with business objectives and PCI certification.

Responsibilities

· Support the management and optimization of infrastructure in GCP:

· Compute: App Engine, Cloud Functions, VM instances

· Networking: VPCs, VPNs, subnets, firewall rules, load balancers

· Serverless and container-based services

· Cloud SQL and storage resources

· Provide support in managing IAM roles, service accounts, and permissions under the principle of least privilege.

· Contribute to Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.

· Support Azure DevOps pipelines for CI/CD automation.

· Collaborate on containerization tasks: Docker, Kubernetes (GKE or similar), and container lifecycle management.

· Collaborate in monitoring, logging, and alerts (Cloud Operations Suite, Elastic).

· Ensure application of cybersecurity controls in cloud and on-prem infrastructure.

· Coordinate security audits, vulnerability analysis, and mitigation with security teams.

· Support incident handling and problem resolution.

· Apply and follow best security and compliance practices in PCI environments.

· Document infrastructure processes, configurations, and changes.

· Provide support in multi-cloud initiatives (Azure, Oracle, etc.) when needed.

Required Technical Skills

·
Education:
Professional degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electronics, or related fields

Experience:
5 years of experience in Information Security or Cybersecurity roles

· Proven experience with GCP cloud infrastructure.

· Solid knowledge of GCP services (App Engine, Cloud Functions, Cloud SQL, Pub/Sub, API Gateway, VPC, IAM).

· Experience assisting in managing IAM roles, permissions, and service accounts.

· Hands-on experience with Terraform.

· Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred).

· Hands-on knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes (containerization, orchestration, deployments).

· Strong understanding of networking concepts (subnets, VPNs, routing, firewalls, load balancers).

· Experience in Linux environments and scripting (Bash, Python, etc.).
