We are looking for an IT Vendor Management Analyst to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, service-driven, and collaborative individual who understands how to support the operational execution of IT vendor management processes, ensuring proper administration of service requests, contracts, and documentation throughout the lifecycle of technology services and vendors. The role supports daily operations by coordinating with vendors, internal stakeholders, and Legal during contracting, renewal, compliance, and service follow-up activities, while maintaining operational continuity, contractual compliance, and information traceability. In addition, this position contributes to continuous improvement initiatives by optimizing workflows, standardizing practices, maintaining operational controls, and supporting IT users and vendors in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Educational requirements:


• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Information Technology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, or 2–3 years of equivalent work experience in related roles


• Certifications or courses in Vendor Management, Procurement, Contract Management, or IT Service Management (desirable)


• Basic knowledge or training in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar (desirable)

Experience:


• 2–3 years of experience supporting or managing contract lifecycle activities, preferably related to technology or IT services agreements


• Experience coordinating operational activities with internal areas such as IT, Legal, Procurement, Finance, Accounts Payable, Cybersecurity, and Compliance


• Experience executing and following up on vendor governance processes, ensuring compliance with timelines, documentation requirements, and defined guidelines


• Experience collecting, consolidating, validating, and maintaining vendor and service information to support operational and executive reporting


• Familiarity with ITIL or IT service management frameworks (desirable, not mandatory)


• General knowledge of IT concepts, services, and systems

Skills to succeed:


• Strong ability to manage multiple service requests and activities in parallel, maintaining organization, operational discipline, and focus on results


• Effective communication and coordination skills to work with vendors and cross-functional internal teams, including timely escalation of issues or deviations


• Operational execution and control skills to ensure compliance, traceability, and accurate documentation in vendor and contract management processes


• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills to identify inconsistencies, risks, or improvement opportunities and propose practical recommendations


• Strong service-oriented mindset when supporting internal users and vendors, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements


• Ability to support continuous improvement initiatives and provide operational backup to the team during workload peaks or absences
