The Accident Guys' personal injury law firm located in Los Angeles, California seeks a full-time, VIRTUAL SETTLEMENT NEGOTIATOR who could oversee and negotiate bodily injury claims for Plaintiffs' side claims.

We are looking for someone with confidence, strong communication skills, resilience, and responsible.

COMPENSATION

$5 - $6.00 USD/Hour + bonus opportunities

Full Time 40 hours/week

Skills and requirements:

Computer Requirements: Macbook Air/Pro atleast 2020 or Windows PC atleast 16GB RAM, Core i5

Dual Monitor Required within 30 days of employment

Personal injury law experience preferred but NOT required.

2+ years VA (Virtual Experience) / BPO experience

2+ years of phone support experience with strong verbal communication.

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong negotiation and settlement abilities.

Detail oriented, highly-organized and a team player.

Friendly attitude / works well with others.

Tech Savvy and adaptable to new systems and tools.

Strong time management skills with keen attention to detail.

Exceptional organization skills

Proactive and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.

Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks at once in a fast-paced environment.

Driven, resilient, and relentless.

Must be eager to learn, grow and excel in responsibilities.

Ability to work 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Pacific Standard Time without any issues

Responsibilities:

Negotiate personal injury cases against insurance companies.

Review/Edit/Submit Demand Packages.

Negotiate Settlement of Bodily Injury Claims.

Client Communication.

Review cases to maximize settlement compensation.

Provide 5 Star Customer Service with confidence.
