¿Qué te hará triunfar en esta posición?

  • Entre 2 y 5 años de
    experiencia como Project Manager.
  • Conocimientos en diferentes
    Frameworks de agilidad
    : Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Agile.
  • Indispensable
    experiencia sector financiero y/o Consultoría
  • Experiencia en gestión de multiproyectos y equipos.
  • Experiencia en elaboración de planes de trabajo, identificación de riesgos, costos, tiempos, elaboración de planes de mitigación.
  • Habilidades solidas de facilitación de ceremonias agiles, experiencia en el uso de prácticas y técnicas ágiles.
  • Generar buena comunicación con Stakeholders
  • Experiencia en el
    uso de herramientas de gestión agile
    (JIRA preferentemente o similares), indicadores y métricas agile.
  • Deseable nivel alto de inglés
    , trabajamos en proyectos internacionales.
