Job Description – Sales Development Representative (Resellers)
We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to help us grow our reseller network.
This role is 100% focused on outbound lead generation and phone calls.
You will be responsible for finding used-phone shops and mobile resellers, contacting shop owners directly by phone, explaining our pre-install partnership program, and identifying shops that are interested in working with us.
This is not a full sales or closing role — your goal is to find, contact, and qualify potential reseller partners and move them to the next step.
The idea is simple:
We are an app publishing company that develops and operates our own mobile apps.
We partner with second-hand phone stores and allow them to pre-install our apps on devices they sell.
For every active app installed on a device, the store gets paid.
Your job is to explain this partnership clearly and identify stores that want to participate.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify used-phone shops, mobile resellers, and electronics stores.
- Build lead lists using online directories, Google Maps, and other sources.
- Make outbound calls to shop owners and decision-makers.
- Clearly explain our pre-install partnership program.
- Qualify reseller interest and assess fit.
- Answer basic questions and handle common objections.
- Schedule follow-up calls or hand off qualified leads to the sales/management team.
- Track calls, leads, and outcomes in Google Sheets or CRM.
- Follow up consistently until a clear yes/no decision is reached.
- Work toward daily and weekly outreach targets.
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or lead generation.
- Strong spoken English and confident phone communication.
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
- Ability to handle objections and stay persistent.
- Organized and detail-oriented; able to track work in Sheets/CRM.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup.
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B sales or working with small businesses.
- Familiarity with mobile phones, apps, or electronics.
- Previous experience in remote sales roles.

Pay: From $5.00 per hour
