Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Activation Specialist ensures digital campaigns are operationally sound and efficiently deployed. This is an ideal role for someone looking to build a strong foundation in digital marketing execution, campaign orchestration, alliance & campaign operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage asset trackers and campaign deliverables.
- Obtain and validate alliance IDs for funded campaigns.
- Submit campaign activities in BMT (Budget Management Tool).
- Partner with internal agency and content teams to traffic creative assets.
- Maintain budget integrity across OpEx, alliance funds, and MDF allocations.
- Support campaign setup, QA, and status documentation.
- Partner with Senior Program Managers for reporting inputs and pacing updates.
Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in segment marketing, channel marketing, partner marketing, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
