Marketing Specialist

**Overall Responsibility**:At Electri-Cord Manufacturing, the Marketing Specialist, serves as the Company’s primary graphic designer, maintaining a consistent corporate image throughout all communications, materials, and digital media outlets. They are responsible for coordinating with other marketing and sales professionals to implement innovative campaigns based on the company’s strategic direction. Their duties include market research, website and SEO management, overseeing a company’s social media channels, reporting and more.The Marketing Specialist interfaces with all internal departments and ECM locations including Mexico, Asia, as well as our international customers.**Key Areas of Responsibility and Essential Position Functions**:- Coordinate with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns- Oversees the Company’s social media presence by planning, creating, scheduling, editing and publishing content for Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms; responds to user comments and reviews to maintain a positive brand image- Create professional powerpoint presentations to support sales team and other departments with Company design and content.- Analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.- Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns including branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials and advertising copies.- Discover effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms to be used to relay product messages to customers.- Assist with outbound and inbound marketing activities by displaying expertise in certain areas such as events planning, advertising, optimization and content development.- Investigate the performance of a company’s marketing campaigns and strategies through evaluating key performance metrics.- Create innovative marketing campaigns depending on robust data and present the recommendations to management.- Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through networking and prospecting.**Required Education, Skills, and Experience**:- ** Education**: BSc/BA in marketing, communications or equivalent.- ** Experience**:Minimum one to three (1-3) years’ demonstrated experience in marketing- ** Knowledge and Technical Skills**:- Highly proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop- Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods- Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with high attention to detail- Well-organized and detail oriented- Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind- ** Language**:Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal), Conversational Spanish a plus**ABOUT ELECTRI-CORD**:Electri- Cord is committed to equal treatment and opportunity in all aspects of recruitment, selection, and employment without regard to gender, race, religion, national origin, ethnicity, disability, gender identity/expression, sexual orientation, veteran or military status, or any other category protected under the law.
