Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Guadalajara, Jalisco, for a Customer Service Specialist. The primary responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, providing product information, ensuring high satisfaction levels, and handling phone and email communications. The individual in this role will also maintain accurate records of interactions, collaborate with other internal teams, and consistently deliver professional and empathetic service.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear verbal and written communication.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities to address and resolve customer concerns effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, customer service software, and basic proficiency with computer systems.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Prior customer service experience is preferred, especially in the wellness or biotechnology industry.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree in a related field is a plus.
