Job Opportunity – Production Section Head (Final Assembly Test & Pack – FATP)
Job Responsibilities:
- Regularly checks production capacity and prepares manpower based on approved production plan, suggest ways to maximize resources and materials.
- Generates and analyze report related to FATP but not limited to daily, weekly or monthly reports.
- Make sure efficiency and production goals are achieved and controlled. Maintains the required Line PPH.
- Implement work order WIP control and monitors implementation.
- Troubleshoots any production concerns and creates corrective actions if needed, reports any process, material or equipment problems to FATP Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Have Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Electronics Engineering
- With 5 years experience as Production Supervisor in an Electronics or Semiconductor company.
