Job Opportunity – IQC Leader / SQE Engineer

We are seeking talented professionals to join our Quality team in roles spanning from Incoming Quality Control (IQC) to Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE). Depending on experience and background, candidates may be considered for Leader,Supervisor, Engineer or positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform incoming quality inspections (IQC) and ensure supplier materials meet standards.
  • Support process quality control (PQC) and final quality control (FQC) to maintain high product reliability.
  • Interpret data sheets and 2-D CAD drawings to support inspection and quality assurance tasks.
  • Operate and perform measurements using CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) or OMM (Optical Measuring Machine).
  • Assist in quality issue analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement activities.
  • For SQE roles: Lead supplier quality management, audits, and improvement projects.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, and suppliers to resolve issues.

Requirements:

  • IQC Leader: High school degree, with related work experience.
  • SQE Engineer: College degree in an engineering-related field.
  • Ability to read and interpret basic technical documentation and 2-D CAD drawings.
  • Experience with CMM/OMM measurement is a strong plus.
  • For SQE Engineer: 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing) are required.
