We have a seed production subsidiary located at San José Iturbide, Guanajuato. We have colleagues coming from Queretaro as well and transportation support.
As Assistant HR & Payroll within the administration department you fulfill an essential role in administrative processes. Additionally, you are responsible for:
- Processing payroll and ensuring compliance with local labour laws and internal policies.
- Administering employee benefits, including enrolment, updates, and communication with suppliers.
- Supporting HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records and general services for employees.
We can find the following on your resume:
- A completed University degree, in the field of Industry Relations, Human Capital or Administration.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in payroll and HR administration.
- Upper intermediate English
- Experience with a Payroll Program.
- Experience with IMSS legislation.

Rijk Zwaan Promex is a production subsidiary, we produce tomato, pepper eggplant and cucumber seeds. We have two High Technology green houses, and we are located near Queretaro and Guanajuato (San José Iturbide and San Miguel de Allende). We have a Staff team of 25 motivated colleagues to improve our subsidiary, and we count with a strong support of 250 colleagues from different areas including Crop Maintenance that are doing a fantastic job.
