Objective of the position:

Provide support to all Compliance department, building the Compliance culture through managing and designing communication programs and providing support to the training program.

Provide advice on relevant topics to all business units such as Data Protection, Sanction Lists, Anti-corruption, Anti Money Laundering, Code of Conduct and Integrity inquiries.

Propose and implement new solutions to keep improving the team's performance and visibility throughout the organization.

Indispensable Requirements (Candidates who do not meet these requirements may be discarded):

  • Legal understanding and interpretation
  • Preferred: Corporate Compliance, Anticorruption, Investigation and Data protection
  • English level: Inter- Advanced

Academic Knowledge: Law degree, administrative or similar.

  • Collaborate in the design and implementation of Compliance trainings. -
  • Responsible for the Compliance Communication program
  • Gather information for internal and external audits
  • Response to queries on Compliance issues
  • Regular sanctions lists review and update into the systems
  • Continues improvement regarding Compliance process
  • AML customers files review, employees credit loans and reports to the authority preparation
  • Business Controls support for specific projects
