We pride ourselves on our velocity, intellectual rigor, and efficiency.Nelo has offices in Mexico City and New York City.What you'll actually doDesign and ship backend systems that handle scale without drama.Lead by example — code well, review hard, and mentor better.Help shape how we evolve from a Kotlin monolith to smarter microservices.Work with product, frontend, and data teams to turn ideas into things that work.Keep quality high through CI/CD, testing, and pragmatic engineering.What we're looking for5+ years of backend engineering.
