Position Summary

The Human Resources Director oversees all aspects of the organization's HR strategy, operations, and initiatives. This role is responsible for leading talent management, organizational development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, compliance, and culture-building efforts. The HR Director serves as a strategic partner to senior leadership, ensuring that HR practices support the company's goals and promote a positive, high-performing workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's mission, vision, and business objectives.
  • Lead and manage talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
  • Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures while fostering a positive work environment.
  • Design and administer compensation, benefits, and performance management programs.
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Drive organizational development initiatives, including training programs, leadership development, and succession planning.
  • Guide diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts and promote a culture of respect and collaboration.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Advise senior management on HR trends, workforce planning, and organizational structure.
  • Manage the HR team, including recruitment, coaching, and performance evaluation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (typically 8+ years) in progressive HR roles, including leadership or management responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and organizational development.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to execute operational tasks effectively.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
