What you will do
The role involves End-to-End Project Implementation for large enterprise customers, whether local or global. It requires the ability to fulfill the Vision, Mission, and PD deployment of the Professional Services team. There is direct responsibility and oversight for the implementation of strategic local and global accounts. Additionally, the position acts as a "Coach in the Field" for fellow Professional Services team members and is accountable for both project and customer success. The role includes working with the PS Manager to implement and enhance value-added services, driving NPS, and managing Voice of the Customer (VoC). Finally, it requires being a contributing member of the Professional Services team with a focus on continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities.
Own the Implementation success of Gold/Platinum and strategic fleet deployments — accountable for project milestones, resource coordination, risk mitigation, and on-time go-lives.Act as the primary technical authority for Teletrac Navman asset-management solutions (ACM) across PSG, CSS and Sales for Gold/Platinum and strategic accounts — provide solution guidance, hardware compatibility, and best-practice playbooks.Create and maintain solution templates, reference articles, API/integration examples and deployment runbooks (including SSO, data flows, telemetry ingestion, OTA/firmware update processes) that reduce time-to-value and risk for strategic customers.Lead cross-functional delivery teams (PSG, Field Services, QA, Support, Provisioning) to ensure hardware provisioning, connectivity (cellular/IP), device commissioning, mobile app rollouts, telematics configuration and data integrations are completed to spec.Define and enforce quality gates, testing criteria and acceptance processes (functional, performance, scalability, security and data integrity) before customer acceptance.Who you are
10 + years customer support / management experience in growing enterprise start-up environments, working directly with customers.5 + years Project management experience.PM qualification (PRINCE2 / PMP Practitioner certification) a must.Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT or technology is a must.Experience in maintaining top notch customer support levels during periods of high business and team growth.Development of metrics that drive customer operations and demonstrated success managing those metrics.Prior experience within IT&T / Telco or Technology industry advantageous.Proven success collaborating with cross-functional teams.Customer relationship and conflict management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.Willingness to take ownership, be held accountable and achieve a good outcome for all stakeholders.Able to work with a diverse array of people, challenging in a non-confrontational way and builds successful working relationships.Displays a sound business judgment and decision-making capability.Methodical and disciplined approach to problem solving.Ability to travel extensively - up to 50% travel.WHO IS TELETRAC NAVMAN
