Key Responsibilities:


• Apply a fundamental understanding of IT controls, how they are described and their ownership.


• Liaise with IT control owners and other representatives. Validate their ownership and control description using a comprehensive excel list.


• Transfer those documented controls, their owners and their control descriptions into ServiceNow.


• Trigger the confirmation in the ServiceNow module.


• Send a corresponding 'how to' email to control owners. Answer any questions they may have via Teams IM, email or phone call.


• Monitor their compliance responses. Follow up if needed.


• Responsible for the request for control evidence from identified control owners/operators.


• Responsible for the timely collection, evaluation, acceptance or rejection and feedback thereof.


• Responsible for the retention and indexing and periodic refreshing of required artifacts in restricted SharePoint folders.


• Attend process and control walkthrough meetings, including the prepopulating of the SoQC controls questionnaire.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience with 3-5 years of risk or security experience within a large professional services environment preferred.


• An understanding of IT security principles, IT security controls, acceptable security control evidence and related technologies and products.


• Strong verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork.


• Experience leading meetings and operating effectively in a matrixed environment.
