es una empresa líder en hospitalidad que ofrece departamentos amueblados de alta gama. Buscamos un/a Operations Lead para ser el dueño de la operación en Monterrey, asegurando que cada propiedad funcione a la perfección y cada huésped viva una experiencia excepcional.

Tus responsabilidades clave:


•Gestión Operativa End-to-End: Asegurar que el 100% de las unidades en Monterrey estén operativas, limpias y listas, supervisando el ciclo completo desde el montaje (onboarding) hasta la operación diaria.


•Liderazgo de Equipos de Campo: Coordinar, supervisar y evaluar al personal de limpieza y mantenimiento, garantizando el cumplimiento de horarios y estándares de calidad.


•Garantía de Calidad y Mantenimiento: Realizar inspecciones técnicas y estéticas constantes, gestionando reparaciones y proveedores externos con un alto sentido de urgencia.


•Experiencia del Huésped: Asegurar una estancia perfecta, actuando como el principal punto de resolución para incidencias, solicitudes especiales o emergencias en tiempo real.


•Control Administrativo y de Suministros: Administrar inventarios, compras de insumos y caja chica, asegurando la eficiencia en los costos operativos de la plaza.


•Relaciones Institucionales: Actuar como enlace principal con administraciones de edificios y proveedores, asegurando el cumplimiento de normativas y una comunicación fluida.

¿A quién buscamos?


•Experiencia: 2-3 años en operaciones, hospitalidad o property management, idealmente en startups o entornos de rápido crecimiento.


•Formación: Licenciatura en Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Turismo o afines.


•Habilidades: Alta autonomía, capacidad de resolución de problemas, atención extrema al detalle y liderazgo de personal operativo.


•Requisitos: Manejo de herramientas tecnológicas (PMS, apps de gestión) y flexibilidad de horario para dar soporte especial en fines de semana.


•Idioma: Español nativo; inglés intermedio/avanzado es un plus.


•Ubicación: Monterrey, N.L.
