What You'll Do:

  • Drive confident, professional conversations with prospects in the U.S.
  • Cold call high-quality leads using our advanced dialer system.
  • Set qualified appointments for roofing campaigns (storm, retail, inspections).
  • Collaborate closely with our internal call center & management teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Follow up and nurture leads throughout their decision-making process.
  • Hit and exceed daily/weekly metrics to unlock higher commissions and fast-track promotions.

This role is built for results-driven closers, not time-trackers.

Must-Haves:

  • 2+ years of outbound cold calling/appointment setting experience.
  • At least 2 years of recent roofing campaign experience
    (actively working on roofing lead generation or appointment setting campaigns).
  • C1 English level – clear, confident, and persuasive on live calls.
  • Equipment:
    • Desktop or laptop with 8GB+ RAM
    • USB headset
    • Wired internet (stable, low ping)
    • Working camera
    • No Chromebooks or tablets.
  • Location: LATAM only.

Schedule & Work Style: 

  • Dialer open from 10:00am to 10:00pm (campaign time zone).
  • Work as many hours as you want within that window.
  • 100% remote – work from home.
  • Paid training (1 week) so you can master our systems, pitch, and quality standards before going full speed.

New Commission Structure (High-Earning Potential)

You get paid per valid appointment you set. Here's exactly what you earn per day:

  • 2 or fewer valid appointments in a day:
    → $35 USD per valid appointment
  • 3 valid appointments in a day:
    → $40 USD per valid appointment
  • 4 or more valid appointments in a day:
    → $45 USD per valid appointment

Additional perks:

  • Commissions paid every Monday
  • No income cap: the more valid appointments you set, the more you earn.

This structure is designed so that top performers earn well above the market average.
