Accountant – Tax Experience with 2–3 Years of Experience

JOB DESCRIPTION

At Cuatrecasas Mexico, we are looking for an accountant to join our Tax Area, an interdisciplinary team of lawyers (in the administrative area) dedicated to the study of law, legal innovation, and knowledge management that provides services to the entire Firm, and that will be responsible for generating added value for the different practice areas.

DUTIES

The main functions are:

-Drive legal innovation projects in the Mexico office.
-Prepare templates (contracts, notes, and documents) relevant to the different practice areas.
-Supervise legal updates alert services and legal resources.
-Develop value-added services for our clients.
-Participate in technology projects involving the most advanced legaltech applications.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Accountant with at least 5 years of prior experience in the field of corporate and/or financial law.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• .A professional capable of generating and sharing new knowledge, with the ability to identify commercial and business needs and opportunities, and committed to the ongoing pursuit of efficiency and excellence.
• Inclination toward technology.
• Advanced level of English.
