  • Requisitos:
  • Bachillerato terminado o Ing. Informática, Electrónica, (preferente), Sistemas computacionales o afín (trunco, pasante o titulado)
  • Se pueden considerar perfiles que no tengan esa ingeniería pero que tengan experiencia en el puesto
  • Experiencia: 1-2 años dando mantenimiento a impresoras industriales, servidores empresariales, equipos de comunicaciones, certificación de cisco (preferente)
  • Conocimiento en electrónica, computación, redes
  • Licencia de manejo vigente (preferente)
  • Disponibilidad para trasladarse a diferentes zonas
  • Disponibilidad de horario
  • Funciones:
  • Instalación, mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de cajeros automáticos, terminales punto de venta y comunicaciones
  • Supervisar el mantenimiento del hardware y software
  • Relación con proveedores
  • Reparación y reemplazo de unidades
  • Gestionar fallos de red y tráfico hasta configuración, seguridad y acceso remoto al sistema
  • Registro de todas las llamadas y actividades de los clientes y seguimiento de todos los gastos incurridos en la prestación de servicios
  • Verificar que el entorno del sitio cumpla con los requisitos antes de la instalación o implementación
  • Instalar los sistemas del cliente de acuerdo con el plan de instalación, certificar que la instalación o configuración del producto cumple con los requisitos del cliente.
  • Analizar y corregir todos los problemas técnicos en los equipos dentro de las cuentas asignadas a los clientes
  • Atención y seguimiento a cliente para la resolución de problemas
  • Responsable de capturar información detallada sobre los activos del cliente y otros datos necesarios para completar cualquier facturación o actividades de facturación
