About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and passionate DevOps Engineer who thrives on automation. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure, ensuring it is scalable, secure, efficient, and highly available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, manage, and optimize infrastructure and services on AWS.
  • Ensure high availability, scalability, and resilience of the infrastructure.
  • Create, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for integration and continuous deployment.
  • Automate build, test, and deployment processes for applications and services.
  • Apply cloud security best practices, managing security policies, and data encryption.
  • Manage secrets and credentials securely.
  • Implement and configure monitoring and alerting tools.
  • Monitor infrastructure and application performance, and propose and execute improvements.
  • Centralize and analyze logs for proactive incident resolution.
  • Work closely with development teams to improve deployment efficiency and reliability.
  • Document architectures, processes, and technical procedures.

Technical Skills (Hard Skills):

  • AWS: Strong, hands-on experience with core AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, Lambda, VPC).
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Proficiency with Terraform (preferred) or CloudFormation.
  • Containers & Orchestration: Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • CI/CD Tools: Experience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools.
  • Databases: Knowledge in PostgreSQL administration, optimization, and backups.
  • Scripting: Ability to write automation scripts in Python and/or Bash.

Soft Skills:

  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex issues in distributed systems effectively.
  • Collaboration: Works effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering clear communication.
  • Self-Management & Adaptability: Proactive, able to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment and adapt to new technologies quickly.

Requirements (Must-Haves):

  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps Engineer or Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) roles with a focus on cloud infrastructure.
  • Intermediate to advanced English (B2 level or higher).
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or another STEM-related field.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Monday & Friday: On-site, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Tuesday to Thursday: Home Office, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
