Key Responsibilities:

  • System administration, including server and network management.
  • Administration of Microsoft 365, including user and license management.
  • Management of Microsoft Active Directory roles and permissions.
  • Administration of Microsoft Teams, including setup and maintenance.
  • Administration of Microsoft Exchange, including email and calendar services.
  • Provisioning and managing virtual machines.
  • Remote application deployment and management.
  • Administration of WatchGuard firewall, including security policy management.
  • Implementing automation solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving IT issues promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborating with other IT team members to support various IT projects and initiatives.
  • Assisting with C# or VB coding tasks as needed (experience preferred).

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, CompTIA Network+, etc.) are a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT operations or a similar role.
  • Proficient in Written and Conversational English.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in IT operations and system administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Exchange.
  • Experience with virtual machine provisioning and remote application deployment.
  • Familiarity with WatchGuard firewall administration.
  • Experience in automation within a Windows environment.
  • Knowledge of Global Shop ERP administration is a plus.
  • Coding skills in C# or VB are a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Live in Tecate.
  • Visa.
