**Key Responsibilities**:- System administration, including server and network management.- Administration of Microsoft 365, including user and license management.- Management of Microsoft Active Directory roles and permissions.- Administration of Microsoft Teams, including setup and maintenance.- Provisioning and managing virtual machines.- Administration of WatchGuard firewall, including security policy management.- Implementing automation solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.- Troubleshooting and resolving IT issues promptly and effectively.- Collaborating with other IT team members to support various IT projects and initiatives.- Assisting with C# or VB coding tasks as needed (experience preferred).**Education and Experience**:- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, CompTIA Network+, etc.) are a plus.- 3+ years of experience in IT operations or a similar role.- Proficient in Written and Conversational English.**Qualifications**:- Proven experience in IT operations and system administration.- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Exchange.- Familiarity with WatchGuard firewall administration.- Experience in automation within a Windows environment.- Knowledge of Global Shop ERP administration is a plus.- Coding skills in C# or VB are a plus.- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.- Strong communication and teamwork skills.- Live in Tecate.- Visa.**Send your CV in english**Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $10,500.47 - $26,158.30 al mesBeneficios:- Vales de despensaLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
