Job Description
Quality Assurance

  • Perform process audit on machines and reporting anomaly situation. Follows instructions and register.
  • Assure quality of the elements verifying them visually, functionally and dimensional following the standards and instructions.
  • Report any pending or relevant situation to colleague from other shift.

Non-conforming material

  • Follow up on non-conforming material or defects reported from other area through quick reaction on stopping material, inspection on the Warehouse and give disposition following standards and instructions.

Collaboration

  • Report to next authority level any relevant situation, anomaly or support needed.
  • Comply with the Operational Procedures and purpose improvements.
  • Maintain order and cleaning of the area.
  • Report any situation related to measuring equipment and operational equipment.
  • Support on extra activities or related to projects.
  • Participate on problem solving analysis when required.
  • Participate on Product Safety observations
  • Collaborate on compliance with quality metrics and support with data for further analysis and actions.
  • Collaborate with other team members (delivery of shift, share experience or learnings and knowledge)
  • Participate on trainings when needed and comply with skill matrix
