Moulding Quality Local Trainer

Job Description
The Moulding Quality Local Trainer is responsible on maintain the quality shift trained, identify the needs and provide a plan to achieve skills needed. Also provide the documentation needed to operate. Collaborate with other areas or departments on training initiatives and needs from quality perspective.
Training
- Make sure that induction process of new personnel is follow up and finished.
- Prepare, motivate and evaluate Quality Inspectors using training methods.
- Develop and update training material and documents.
- Execute training according to standards and TWI Methodology.
- Provide feedback to training Manager and Technical Writer on related to training activities.
- Report to Manager any relevant situation or needs related to training.
- Perform Training confirmation to Quality Inspectors.
- Follow up on training according to Skill Matrix and update it.
- Communicate changes and improvements on procedures and standards to the shift.
- Report any relevant activity or pending topics on Training Log to the next shift.
Collaboration
- Support Quality Inspector on their activities when needed.
- Comply with Operations Procedures and propose improvements.
- Share knowledge with local trainers.
- Support to Production Trainers on induction to quality molding.
- Support on Improvement Projects
- Support on administration and control of documents of the area
- Collaborate on compliance of quality performance and support data to analyze root cause and actions.
- Assure the information and knowledge on shift delivery.
- Participate on trainings when needed
