What Will I Be Doing?

  • Answering phones, emails, and live chats from customers.
  • Professionally responding to customer inquiries.
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to upper management.
  • Following up on complicated customer interactions when necessary.
  • Accurately recording customer interaction details.
  • Building rapport with customers using an upbeat, positive, professional attitude.
  • Offering solutions — not excuses.

What Qualities Should I Have?

  • Excellent customer service attitude and work ethic.
  • Ability to engage and personalize every interaction.
  • Friendly, confident, self-motivated.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Positive, quick-thinking problem solver.

What Qualifications Do I Need?

  • 1 year of customer service experience (preferred)
  • 1 year of call center experience (preferred)
  • Basic computer skills required (navigation, typing 30+ WPM, copy/paste, opening multiple tabs)
  • Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
