- Apoyo en la gestión del avance de los procesos de manufactura y el control de calidad.
- Coordinación y seguimiento de los programas de producción.
- Propuesta y apoyo en mejoras operativas.
- Orientación y capacitación del personal operativo.
- Apoyo en la gestión de seguridad y salud en el entorno de manufactura.
- Implementar y dar seguimiento a acciones orientadas al aumento de la productividad en el piso de manufactura.
- Participar en la gestión y control de costos, analizando desviaciones y proponiendo acciones de mejora.
- Aplicar y mantener el cumplimiento de normas ISO y sistemas de gestión de la calidad, asegurando la correcta documentación y ejecución de los procesos.
- Ingeniería en carreras afín
- Experiencia laboral en la industria de manufactura (mínimo 5 años preferentemente en puestos como Assistant Manager o Jr. Manager).
- Conocimiento y experiencia en la gestión y mejora de procesos de manufactura y aumento de la productividad en el piso de manufactura.
- Experiencia en gestión de personal.
- Habilidades de comunicación efectiva.
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera colaborativa.
- Conocimientos básicos en gestión de seguridad y salud, con experiencia práctica.
- Habilidades básicas en el uso de PC, como Excel, Word y PowerPoint.
- Experiencia y conocimientos en gestión de costos.
- Conocimiento en certificaciones relacionadas con normas ISO y sistemas de gestión de la calidad.
