We're Looking for Someone With

Motivated bachelor's degree students in Finance, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields (with 3 semesters remaining ).

Availability 30 hours a week

Intermediate to advanced English, ideally able to communicate effectively in conversations.

Strong interest in data analysis, reporting, and commercial operations.

Solid Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc. are highly beneficial for this role).

A results-driven mindset, able to meet deadlines and understand the importance of accurate reporting in business decisions.

A proactive, analytical, and collaborative approach to daily tasks.

Your key responsibilities

Review and monitor the daily routing and activity of field promoters.

Generate opportunity booster reports using a CRM to provide commercial teams with insights on high-potential stores, identify ghost inventory, and support healthy product availability.

Download, consolidate, and prepare attendance reports for promoters from different retail platforms.

Develop and maintain variable compensation reports, providing clear and detailed analyses on goal progress and performance for the commercial team.
