Ansell is looking for a Platform Data Analyst, AnsellGUARDIAN to join our team in
Querétaro, Mexico

In this position you will support AnsellGUARDIAN's data ecosystem by ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and readiness of data used in our safety algorithms and digital tools.

What your role will be

• Clean, normalize, and validate datasets from internal/external sources
• Conduct ongoing data quality checks and resolve inconsistencies
• Maintain documentation on data definitions, sources, and transformation logic
• Support data governance and privacy standards
• Analyze platform data to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities
• Build dashboards to track platform metrics and algorithm accuracy
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to support product and commercial teams
• Support A/B testing and algorithm validation
• Prepare datasets for algorithm and API integration
• Verify data flows and system integrations with engineering teams
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate output and alignment

What will you bring to Ansell?

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related field
• 1–3 years experience in data analysis or data engineering support
• Proficiency with SQL, Python, or R
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Understanding of data modeling, ETL, and API data formats
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is preferred
• Strong analytical mindset and detail orientation
• Ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences
• English fluency required
