Start Date: IMMEDIATE
One Premier Football Academy is expanding and we are looking for a Senior Technical Football Coach to join our academy with immediate availability.
This is a hands-on, on-field position for a coach who is passionate about player development, technical training, and working closely with young players and fellow coaches.

THE ROLE
The Senior Technical Coach will:
• Coach a minimum of 2–3 teams
• Be physically present on the field at the academy
• Work with foundation, pre-foundation, and youth players
• Support and assist other coaches during training sessions and match days
• Follow and implement the academy's unified methodology (Kimero Method)
• Help raise technical standards across the entire academy
This is a club-centric model, not team-centric. Player development and daily presence are essential.

Applicants must be willing to work with younger age groups.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
• Strong technical coaching background
• Passion for grassroots and youth development
• Comfortable coaching at least 2–3 teams
• Willing to support other coaches (team-first mentality)
• English speaking (required)
• International coaches welcome
(Italy, Spain, France, Brazil, Germany, and others)
Coaching licenses are a plus, but practical coaching ability, commitment, and attitude are more important.

COMPENSATION & SUPPORT
• Monthly Salary: MXN $10,000
• Accommodation Support: MXN $5,000 per month
• Visa: Not provided, but administrative support can be offered
• No remote work – on-field presence required
