Estamos buscando a una
persona creativa, proactiva y con pasión por el marketing y la comunicación,
que quiera crecer dentro de un entorno dinámico y humano. Esta posición tendrá un papel clave en impulsar la marca, fortalecer la comunicación y apoyar en iniciativas de contenido, redes sociales y campañas.

Responsabilidades:

  • Crear y ejecutar campañas de marketing digital.
  • Gestionar redes sociales corporativas: contenido, calendario, métricas.
  • Diseñar materiales visuales (Canva) para comunicación interna y externa.
  • Producir contenido digital (fotos, videos, reels, textos, presentaciones).
  • Apoyar en la imagen e identidad visual de la empresa.
  • Preparar materiales promocionales, flyers, anuncios, invitaciones.
  • Colaborar con el área de Personas y otras áreas para comunicar iniciativas, eventos y logros.
  • Proponer ideas nuevas que impulsen la visibilidad y posicionamiento de la marca.
  • Trabajar estrechamente con una agencia especializada en marketing digital para coordinar campañas, optimizar contenido y alinear la estrategia de la marca.

Requisitos:

  • Titulado/a en Marketing, Comunicación o áreas afines. (Indispensable)
  • Dominio avanzado de Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint y Word).
  • 0–2 años de experiencia en marketing o comunicación.
  • Conocimientos de SEO, SEM y Social Ads.
  • Manejo de Canva, CapCut u otras herramientas de diseño/edición.
  • Excelente redacción y comunicación.
  • Creatividad, iniciativa y ganas de aprender.
  • Organización, responsabilidad y capacidad de manejar varios proyectos.
