About our partner: A modern accounting and advisory firm is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to help support their growing presence on social media and help coordinate a few of their marketing initiatives.

About the role: This role will execute their LinkedIn-first social media strategy, leveraging AI tools to create high-quality content that drives engagement and positions AIOA as a thought leader. This role will also help coordinate logistics for events, coordinate website updates, and coordinate with external vendors as needed.

What You'll Do

Social Media Management (50% of the role)Create and post on LinkedIn 3x/weekCreate a post on Instagram and Facebook 2x/week (repurpose + reels/video content)Create short-form video content using AI-assisted editing tools for socialCollaborate with SMEs on the team to extract insightsRepurpose existing materials to generate social-ready contentScale content strategy from brand account to 3-5 team member profilesLinkedIn Advertising (approximately 15% of role)Support the execution of LinkedIn ad campaigns targeting nonprofit and for-profit decision-makersMonitor campaign performance and prepare reporting for leadership reviewAssist with audience building, A/B testing, and creative asset coordinationCollaborate with the Director on budget pacing and optimization recommendationsMarketing Coordination (approximately 35% of role)Coordinate event logistics for sponsorships, conferences, and speaking engagementsSupport website updates and content managementAssist with email campaign execution in HubSpotProvide business development support, including partner communications and meeting coordinationMaintain marketing calendars, asset libraries, and project tracking systemsCoordinate with external vendors and partners as neededSuccess MetricsPosting consistency (on schedule, on brand)Engagement growth (likes, comments, shares, profile views)Lead generation (form submissions, meeting bookings from social)Ability to scale from brand account to 3-5 team member profilesMeeting deadlines for deliverables

What You Need

Successful in using AI tools in everyday workClaude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.Deep understanding of the LinkedIn algorithm and the professional services industry for content strategyExperience using Notion or other content calendar/task management platformsExperience with video editing and willing to learn new toolsExperience with HubSpot for social posting preferredStrongly motivated to complete workStrong collaboration skills, able to work with team members of varying backgrounds

Salary & Perks

Competitive SalaryThis is a full-time, long-term position with benefits required by law.The position is immediately available.Work from home.Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (+/- 1 hour accepted)
