Position Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with experience in the payments domain, particularly with processing applications, message flow (ISO 8583), card schemes, and certification. This role will be responsible for gathering client requirements, analyzing current processes, proposing improvements, and generating clear functional documentation for technical teams, management, and clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and management to define requirements and specifications.
  • Continuously analyze and communicate business and system needs.
  • Conduct discovery of the client's current processes and perform gap analysis.
  • Develop and maintain functional and technical documentation.
  • Support development teams with solution integration and ensure quality deliverables.
  • Visualize and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Maintain effective communication with multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 8 years' experience as a Business Analyst in payments, banking, or processing back office.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English (required).
  • In-depth knowledge of payment applications and ISO 8583.
  • Strong background in payment network certifications and financial application business rules.
  • Experience documenting processes and gathering requirements.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proven analytical ability and proficiency with data visualization tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70, $85,000.00 per month
