Finance Analyst
Mission
To ensure accurate control, accounting, and reporting of plant financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, expenses, and month-end close, in compliance with IFRS and internal controls, providing reliable information to support business decision-making.
Essential Functions
- Analyze and control plant financial performance, including SPX, budget, expenses (COQ, COL, COM, COP), and accurate accounting postings
- Support month-end close, weekly reporting versus forecast, and ad hoc financial analysis
- Support forecasting and budgeting processes (monthly, quarterly, annual), including Hyperion uploads
- Support cost-saving initiatives, internal controls, SSC coordination, DTA monitoring, and IFRS 16 leasing follow-up
Technical Skills
- Financial modeling (large amounts of data)
- Budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
- Oracle or Similar ERP Finance Module.
- Expertise in business analytics and tools including advanced Excel skills
- Expertise is Microsoft Office Suite / Advance knowledge in Excel is prefered
Job profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Accounting, Economy or Finance
- 3+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis or related areas.
- Interpretation of financial statements (balance sheets, cash flow statements, income statements)
