En Grupo Veloci estamos buscando tu talento como KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER JR. (KAM Jr.)
Será responsable de gestionar las relaciones estratégicas con cuentas clave, impulsando el crecimiento del sell-out, identificando nuevas oportunidades de negocio y asegurando la rentabilidad de las operaciones.
Responsabilidades Principales:
Incremento en el Sell-Out
Aumentar las ventas finales al cliente
Identificar y desarrollar nuevas oportunidades de negocio dentro de las cuentas asignadas
Negociar márgenes de ventas sostenibles para la empresa y el cliente
Diseñar y ejecutar promociones rentables, maximizando el ROI
Garantizar la entrega puntual de productos.
Resolver problemas operativos de forma eficiente para garantizar la continuidad de las operaciones
Mantener una rotación óptima del inventario en el punto de venta
Garantizar niveles adecuados de cobertura de inventario, evitando excesos o quiebres
Retener al menos el 95% de las cuentas asignadas
Mantener una alta satisfacción del cliente mediante un servicio proactivo y de calidad
Requisitos del Puesto:
Educación: Licenciatura en Administración, Mercadotecnia, Negocios Internacionales o afines.
Experiencia: Más de 2 años en gestión de cuentas clave o áreas comerciales. (Indispensable en el área de retail y/o cadenas comerciales)
Habilidades Técnicas:
Manejo de CRM.
Conocimiento de estrategias de sell-out y análisis de datos.
Compensación:
Sueldo base más bonos por cumplimiento de KPI's

Lugar de Trabajo:
Presencial. Tlajomulco de Zúñiga, Santa Cruz de las flores (que viva cerca de la zona o no tenga problemas para desplazarse).
